Nevertheless, kTH-Studio assumes that you provide reliable and sufficient Personal Information, as well as update it in a timely manner.
kTH-Studio may collect the following categories of Personal Information about you during your use of the Sites and Services:
· personal information provided by you during registration (account creation), such as your name, phone number and age;
· other information about you that is necessary for processing in accordance with the terms governing the use of specific kTH-Studio Sites or Services;
kTH-Studio does not purposefully collect sensitive personal information (such as racial origin, political views, health information and biometric data).
kTH-Studio does not collect data for the purpose of creating a "portrait" of the user to the extent that this may significantly affect your rights and freedoms in accordance with applicable law.
kTH-Studio does not have the right to process your Personal Information without sufficient legal grounds. Therefore, kTH-Studio processes your Personal Information only if:
· processing is necessary to fulfill contracts between you and kTH-Studio, such as the License Agreement for the use of the "Music" program for mobile devices based on the Android operating system (https://kth-studio.github.io/en/agreement.html);
· processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations;
· kTH-Studio processes your Personal Information to ensure its legitimate interests, for example, in the following cases:
·· to better understand how you interact with our Sites and/or Services;
·· to improve, change, personalize or otherwise improve the Sites and Services in the interests of all users;
kTH-Studio always processes your Personal Information for certain purposes and only the Personal Information that is relevant to achieving such goals. In particular, we process your Personal Information for the following purposes:

kTH-Studio may share your Personal Information with its employees (within the limits specified in Section 6 of this Policy).
kTH-Studio may also transfer Personal Information to third parties outside the kTH-Studio Group in order to achieve the goals specified in Section 5 of this Policy. These include persons who provide information to identify security threats to Sites and Services, users, kTH-Studio and/or third parties, including when verifying your reliability when concluding contracts using Sites and Services.
Your Personal Information will be stored in the Russian Federation. kTH-Studio records, systematizes, accumulates, stores, clarifies (updates, changes), extracts personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
kTH-Studio will store your Personal Information for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Unless otherwise required by law or by agreement with you, the data that you store in kTH-Studio systems as part of the Service will be stored as long as you have an account, but it can be deleted by you at any time.

This Policy may be amended. kTH-Studio has the right to make changes at its discretion, including, but not limited to, in cases where the relevant changes are related to changes in applicable legislation, as well as when the relevant changes are related to changes in the operation of Sites and Services.
